Update: February 11, 2013

Hey everyone!

Finally bringing an update. I've lost 3 pounds! Just from eating better, but that's not the goal of my do-over. What I'm trying to do is feel better, physically and mentally. So far not much has changed in the way I feel. I feel a little bit better but not as great as I want to feel.

Today for breakfast I had:
2 Scrambled Eggs
1 Cup of fresh blueberries
1 Banana
1 Cup of Chamomile tea, sweetened with Agave syrup
1 Slice of Watermelon
